ENGIE offers its apprentices not only solid basic training, but also targeted support for further training measures such as master craftsman and technician training or degree courses. The new training workshop, a modern training center in Essen, is an important step towards further improving practical training and promoting talent in the long term. Tobias Wachtel, Regional Manager Facility Solutions Region West, explains:

"Our new training workshop will advance the company by allowing us to specifically train ENGIE products, educate, retain, and develop talent, and thus provide our trainees with high-quality support as they start their careers."
