Neighborhood development is a complex task. We know which diverse framework conditions and different interests you as a project developer have to take into account – be it in terms of economic efficiency, technology or climate protection. In addition, the acceptance of the supply solution in politics and among the population plays a fundamental role. As a strong partner, ENGIE Deutschland will guide you from the very beginning on this path – with a holistic view, with many years of experience and with an open ear for your individual requirements. In neighborhood consulting, we basically proceed in four phases that build upon each other: Commitment, rough analysis, detailed analysis and implementation.
Who is ENGIE Deutschland and how can we contribute to the success of your neighborhood project? At the beginning you will get to know our team. Together, we determine which services we will provide for you and which goals we want to achieve.
Then we get started right away: Our specialists clarify the planning framework and determine the key energy parameters and energy requirements. This is followed by the initial analysis, which is always open-ended. Using this as a basis, you will receive a decision matrix that clearly compares the neighborhood concepts that can be considered.
The rough analysis is followed by the detailed analysis: We examine up to three neighborhood concepts from Phase 2 in detail for you. We perform, among other things, a conceptual planning of the plant design, an analysis of the energy and operating costs, and a sensitivity analysis. Similarly, we examine possible funding programs. The result: a well-founded basis for decision-making that provides you with optimal support in selecting a neighborhood concept.
