The Stuttgarter Pressehaus is the publishing and printing house of the newspaper group Stuttgart on the southern edge of Stuttgart in the district of Möhringen. Under its roof are the newspaper publishers of the Stuttgarter Zeitung and the Stuttgarter Nachrichten, the printing company Pressehaus Stuttgart Druck GmbH and the radio station Hitradio Antenne 1.

Since 2000, ENGIE has been taking care of the building services of the four office buildings, a printing center, two data centers with server rooms, two parking garages and various broadcast studios for radio stations with 15 employees working in four shifts.
