Under its roof are the newspaper publishers of the Stuttgarter Zeitung and the Stuttgarter Nachrichten and the radio station Hitradio Antenne 1.
Since 2000, ENGIE has been taking care of the building services of the four office buildings, data centers with server rooms, two parking garages and broadcast studios for radio stations with employees working in two shifts.
