Hospitals and laboratoriesThe Fachklinik Haus Weitenau is an inpatient withdrawal treatment for addicted adolescents and young adults in the middle of the Black Forest with, among other things, a historic monastery and mill building. Prior to the implementation of the energy saving measures, the specialized clinic had a decentralized heating and hot water supply, which was operated with fuel oil. The heat generators and distributors in the entire specialist clinic area were technically outdated and a general renovation was urgently needed. In addition, there were significant savings potential in the lighting and hot water sectors.
