Cologne/Hanover - How can the challenges of the future be transformed into tangible opportunities? This question will be the focus of the Real Estate Arena, the new congress fair for real estate, project and urban development, on May 24 and 25, 2023, at the Hannover Exhibition Center. As a sponsor for the topic of sustainability, ENGIE Deutschland, a specialist in technology, energy and service, is providing forward-looking answers for the industry.
Dave Gebauer, Head of Region North-East at ENGIE Deutschland, will lead the sustainability program as moderator and topic expert, starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, on the conference stage in Hall 4, Stand F72. Gebauer explains: "Sustainability is the omnipresent topic for planners, project developers and operators - and quite rightly so. Our claim at ENGIE Deutschland is to support companies as best as possible in the transition to climate neutrality and to show those responsible new ways that create economic and ecological added value. The Real Estate Arena offers the ideal platform for this." In order to provide trade fair visitors with concrete solutions directly on the first day of the event, Dave Gebauer and design thinking specialist Professor Gunnar Spellmeyer will lead a workshop focusing on climate neutrality starting at 11:20 am. The results will be presented live on the main stage afterwards. In addition, meteorologist and ARD television presenter Sven Plöger will enrich the sustainability thematic block with his talk "Dress warmly - it's getting hot". Dr. Paul Kowitz, Managing Director and Partner at KPC Berlin, will focus on future ESG regulations and sustainability tasks.
Anyone who wants to learn more about sustainability, energy solutions, facility management and the sustainable design of real estate is in good hands at Stand C30 in Hall 4 of ENGIE Deutschland. Here, contact persons from all areas of competence of ENGIE and especially the Hanover branch will be available for a personal discussion. In order to offer visitors as many points of contact as possible, ENGIE Deutschland will also be present at Stand E57, Hall 4 of the Hanover-based commercial real estate service provider aptum. In addition, speakers from the Hanover team will share valuable insights for the real estate industry on the conference stage on Thursday, May 25, in the "Innovation" program block. ENGIE Germany opened its Hanover office in early 2022 and has since served many well-known clients in the region. Dave Gebauer emphasizes: "We are very pleased that our location in Hanover has received so much positive feedback in such a short time and enables us to establish even greater proximity to our customers in Lower Saxony. We would like to build on this at the Real Estate Arena."
