Your four steps to lower energy costs
We focus on your properties. We analyze them from the point of view of the energy specialists: How can you generate energy more efficiently, distribute it better and use it more efficiently and control consumption more intelligently? Which renovation and conversion measures are necessary to reduce your energy consumption n the long term? After the rough analysis, we will give you an initial indication of the savings that can be achieved. Then you can decide whether you want to enter into a contracting partnership with ENGIE Deutschland - in which case the rough analysis is part of the service package - or whether you want to pay for the analysis as an individual service as a flat fee
We present all the measures in your detailed energy concept. The most important aspect for you as a customer: ENGIE Germany calculates binding investment costs and energy savings – and guarantees them throughout the duration of the contract.
Another important aspect, which is particularly interesting for budget restrictions: We finance the necessary conversion and renovation measures on request. These investments will be refinanced through the saved energy costs in the following years. So you benefit from guaranteed energy savings and the better energy efficiency of your buildings and systems without having to touch your own budgets.
Our experts implement the planned energy saving measures in a turnkey manner for you. Due to ENGIE Deutschland's strong value creation in building and energy technology, we carry out most of the construction work ourselves.
Your continuous savings success is our goal – and our promise. To achieve this, we constantly monitor the system functions and keep an eye on all essential values. Should we fail to achieve the contractually guaranteed energy savings, you will receive a compensation payment from us.

ENGIE Germany is committed to the European Code of Conduct
Your satisfaction and trust are our first interest. You can count on that. We underscore this position, for example, by being one of the first providers to sign a Europe-wide code of conduct for energy savings contracting (ESC) in 2015. The Code sets out the values and basic principles for implementing ESC projects in the EU such as the ESC provider's assumption of the performance risk, the service provider's support for long-term energy management and the measurement and verification of the guaranteed savings.
