Increasing energy efficiency, optimizing energy supply

In energy efficiency contracting, we combine the tried and tested procedures from energy saving and energy supply contracting. Top priority: We optimize energy consumption first and then align the energy supply with the reduced demand. Here comes a summary of the most important steps for you:

Step 1: Rough analysis

We analyze your properties from the perspective of an energy professional. How can energy be generated more efficiently, distributed more efficiently and used more economically, and consumption be controlled more intelligently? What renovation and conversion measures are necessary to reduce energy consumption in the long term? Your benefit: After the rough analysis we will give you an initial indication about the savings potential. Then you can decide whether you want to enter into a binding contracting partnership with us. If you decide to work with us as your partner, the rough analysis is included in the price or is settled with a flat fee.

Step 2: Fine analysis and planning

We present all measures in a detailed energy concept. The most important aspect for you: ENGIE Deutschland calculates binding investment costs and energy savings – and guarantees these over the entire duration of the contract. Another important aspect, which is particularly interesting when faced with budget restrictions: On request, we will finance the necessary reconstruction and refurbishment measures. These investments will be refinanced through the saved energy costs in the following years. So you benefit from guaranteed energy savings and better energy efficiency of your buildings and systems without having to touch your own budgets. In short: Your liquidity remains secure.

Step 3: Construction and implementation

Our experts implement the energy saving measures for you in a turnkey manner. Due to the deep added value of ENGIE Deutschland in the field of building and energy technology, we perform most of the construction measures in own value creation.

Step 4: Energy supply

From the agreed date you will receive your energy from ENGIE Deutschland - be it electricity, heat, hot water or other utilities.

Step 6: Operation, monitoring and limited energy consumption

We monitor the system functions, perform all necessary maintenance services and keep an eye on the consumption for you. We will of course provide you with detailed evidence. Should we exceed the contractually guaranteed maximum energy delivery volume, no further costs will be incurred for you.
